Star Parties:

We usually hold star parties on Saturdays nearest the new moon when weather permits.  All our star parties are free of charge and everyone is invited. Check this website or our Yahoo! group for the latest announcements.

Our usual star party site is at Rogue Eagles Flying Field, near Agate Reservoir just outside White City.  When the party is on, we meet there starting around sunset.  Directions: Take Highway 62 to Highway 140 (towards Klamath Falls). Go four or five miles on 140, past the golf course and turn right on Antelope Road. Go 3/4 of a mile or so on Antelope Road past the Golf Course entrance and look to the right for "Agate Lake" There is a volunteer fire station to the right of the entrance to "Rogue Eagles Flying Field."  The gate will be opened by an SOS club member at sunset.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT park or drive your automobile on the paved areas -- the only vehicles that the thin depth of the asphalt was intended to accommodate are model airplanes!
