Location - Lower Observing site (around mile 6 Dead Indian Memorial Highway) Gravel lot on the way to Grizzly Peak loop trail.

Time - 6:00 (Dusk) to 10 o’clock or when people get too cold

Cold - Yes, expect it to be cold. Bring hats gloves, coats, and more to keep warm. Keep in mind dew prevention and relish the low number of mosquitoes.
